T.J. Smith is retired after spending his career in the shipping business. His book, "The Eagle Blue Chronicles" are his recollections of four decades with U.S. Lines and Crowley Maritime. He lives in Ardmore, PA with his wife Helen Marie after living several years in Jacksonville, returning to his roots in the Philadelphia area.
