Attention Golfers! The Associated Press reported that a professional golfer was disqualified from the Wells Fargo Championship after hitting himself in the head with his putter after missing a birdie putt. He then continued to use the bent putter to finish out the hole. The rule he broke was using a club damaged other than in the normal course of play. You might say he got "shafted" but it was self-inflicted.
