Let that sink in for a moment. This decision agreed with a Health Insurance Fund and the issue has far reaching effects on pension payments, etc. A comparison offered was that of an employee being stung by a wasp while driving. And the subject at hand never had the opportunity to submit his expense account.

Is it fair to assume that the sex partner was also an employee or perhaps a "contract" sex worker?
